By downloading, installing, or using Crinis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Service Description

Crinis uses artificial intelligence to generate hairstyle transformations from photos you provide. The service creates simulated images showing how different hairstyles and hair colors might look on you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Crinis. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Crinis, you agree to:

• Only upload photos that you own or have permission to use
• Not upload inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
• Not use the app to create deceptive or misleading imagery
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the AI service
• Use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes only

4. AI-Generated Content

• Results are AI-generated simulations and do not represent real predictions of how a hairstyle will look on you in real life
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or realism of generated images
• Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and other factors
• Generated images should be used for entertainment and reference purposes only

5. Credits and Usage

• The free tier includes 3 AI generations per day
• Credits reset daily at midnight (device local time)
• We reserve the right to modify credit allowances at any time
• Additional features or credits may be available through future in-app purchases

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to your original photos
• AI-generated results are provided for your personal use
• The Crinis name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property
• You may share generated images on social media with attribution appreciated but not required

7. Limitation of Liability

• Crinis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated results (e.g., haircut decisions)
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any)

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app for users who violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
